Silk Velvet Ikat pillows are a very special fabric that is first dyed and then hand woven, as opposed
to traditional weaving methods. This fabric is unique in that it is coated with a substance that
provides waterproofing and moisture protection applied to yarns before weaving. Each thread Wire
is covered piece by piece with wax and tree bark and painted colorfully. The fact that the raw material
of this fabric, which is not possible to produce in series and is unique, is cotton and silk and the pattern of
each fabric has the characteristic feature, the appearance of a different pattern on the Loom each
time, is the secret of the flawless beauty of ikat fabric.
Due to the fabrics used and their special designs, all our velvet cushions are limited edition.
